Appointments

We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. We have a 10-minute late policy. If you are more than 9 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule all or part of your appointment in order to allow enough time for treatment needed and to achieve quality care. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Dental Specialty Care at Allendale Dental P.C.

With exception of our orthodontist, our specialist providers—pediatric dentist (pedodontist), endodontist, and periodontist—are in-network directly with the Careington Dental Network and by way of Careington’s Third Party Administrator agreements with major dental insurance carriers.

Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans. Our practice will accept an assignment of benefits from your insurance company. It is important to understand though, that the agreement regarding your dental benefits is between you, your employer and your insurance company. The obligation you have with our practice is to pay for all treatment and services we provide to you, regardless of the amount that may or may not be reimbursed by your insurance company. We are willing to complete insurance claim forms and submit on your behalf, but we are not responsible for the outcome of your insurance company’s decision to render a payment towards your dental insurance claim for actual services or to deny your claim, in part or in whole. It is important that you understand, having our practice submit your forms to your insurance carrier is never a guarantee of benefits and does not eliminate your financial obligation for your treatment. We do not participate in Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs), Dental Maintenance Organizations (DMOs), Medicaid, or Medicare.
